$4 for coffee- and our minimalistic breakfast for 2 was $48 with tip- which they have listed at the end of the receipt!

In case customers cant do the math.

Me and my daughter came in for breakfast and we ordered a strawberry waffle the strawberry waffle was good it's just a strawberry that was on top of the waffle had a bad mold in the middle of it after my daughter consumed it I contacted the manager and the manager said sorry and thank you for coming in that's it I would like something further done to help with my daughter's symptoms as of now she is sick vomiting and using the bathroom from upset stomach from the strawberry please continue to help me in this matter thank you and have a great day.

I have been waiting outside for good 30mins and nottice a few tables empty for parties of two, so I decide to go in and they told me that I have to waited until everyone that is waiting goes first than me, even that all the people outside needed bigger tables since there where parties of 4 and more, I understand the first come first serve I own el Nuevo mirador restaurant in Mexico and I owned a few restaurants in the pass so I do understand the concept, I told them I wasnt going to eat there and I left, waited 30 more mins after I walked out and those tables never got use, you guys are loosing business, every cent counts just an observation.

Was referred to as a slave and can't ask questions. Just listen and do what I'm told.

I started with you guy as an dishwasher then worked my way up to prep which the company kept me at an rate of a dishwasher still within times changed and there was a corporate big meeting within the managers and corporate staff at Brandon location of Kiki's breakfast Cafe after the meeting more to say during the meeting I was let go for approximately 3 weeks and a half and I came back which I helped my new fiance get a job at this location of Brandon Lakewood drive she didn't cooperate with her duties too her job so she was let go as well off the record I came in during the pay period of the last week which I only was able to do 3 days of that two week period didn't have my credentials which of stated social security card to prove I am a citizen of the United States and able to work as a citizen in fl so yes I work for you guys for a whole month believing that I was going to be respected enough as a employee to be granted my pay for the month and within this dispute within the managers of Kiki's I have yet to get a good understanding of why I'm not paid for that month of June and why everybody's walking around like they don't care I'm only human just like every employee that get up every morning to come and do their job to do me this way is unfair not right and no excuse to anyone that come up with one on why I'm being treated this way isn't employee or ex employee

They asked me to hurry up and quit my other job cuz they needed somebody now then when I showed up I asked for Sundays off because I go to church they told me it was mandatory to work on weekends I said okay that's fine and then they told me that this was not going to work out and asked me to leave.

I'm homeless now living on Street with nothing to live for or give any one thanks Kee kees like thanks I have family kid an purple I let down because of of this reaction do to the comany live for their workers

Im a very patient person and dont really care about wait time but when Im just dining in for one person and sitting outside in the heat and realize everyone who came in after me is seated and magically they have a seat after I told them to cancel my wait time after told the estimated time was 15 minute and been outside for an hour yea was pissed as ***

We were seated and waited and waited for our server. Others seated after us were being waited on before us.

Our server, eventually, appeared and took our drink order. We waited and waited again.

Eventually, our server came with our drinks and took our food order.

We waited again as everyone one else received their food and left before us. Our food, finally, arrived. I had to ask another server for coffee and syrup for my waffle.

It is amazing how our server found us so fast to give us our check. We asked if KeKes had a military discount. We were told yes.

Our server walked away never to return to our table. We left our money on the table and walked out.

We will not return!

The manager was very rude , very short with my problem and had no patience . And had a attitude with me and my guest while trying to explain our situation.

I was treated very rude and racially profiled at the kekes in Land O Lakes. While I was waiting for a to go order the manager Marybeth hair again rudely asked us to move after another couple did not wanna standing near where they were eating

The SR manger was off, so the floor manager was there it that is never a good thing he follows everyone around to the point he almost would be tripped over ... In some situations, he would call or talk to brown people...

He was waiting for a person to fall for two seconds, so he could be there in the worst nightmare. The rest of the shift, as he went around and talked about them to other employees.

I've been a waitress all my life I'm an older one, and I have never in my life been asked if I was on drugs and not been taking to go so if that story was true ...after. That then proceeded to talk to other employees about you

Last three visit been discussing because the high end cleaningnes of the plates and silverware is a shame in time of covid-19 killing thousands of people you're going to pay for food serve in a dirty plate and in the top of that the silverware is extremely dirty too I don't think so I'm never going back to your place and never invite my clients again parties of 25 and 30 people at a time I don't think so family minimum 3 times a week never going to happen your company will never put the health of my family in jeopardy. Never. I will contact sanitation department and social media enough is enough I got video and record the managers talking about it.

Went to eat for my nieces birthday we were a party of 6. The food wasn't good nor the service.

Food came out cold especially the potatoes. I think they scooped the potatoes right from a cold pan. Ordered the combo w 2 pancakes and only got 1 which we had 3 of these combo's. My sister had pineapple in her eggs?

Who eats that? Server was not friendly or inviting at all. She was very short and rude in my opinion.

Definitely will be my last trip to this location. Sad bc we send guest there as we eat there ourselves.
