Hi my name bless Darrell Dwayne judkins sir

I started with you guy as an dishwasher then worked my way up to prep which the company kept me at an rate of a dishwasher still within times changed and there was a corporate big meeting within the managers and corporate staff at Brandon location of Kiki's breakfast Cafe after the meeting more to say during the meeting I was let go for approximately 3 weeks and a half and I came back which I helped my new fiance get a job at this location of Brandon Lakewood drive she didn't cooperate with her duties too her job so she was let go as well off the record I came in during the pay period of the last week which I only was able to do 3 days of that two week period didn't have my credentials which of stated social security card to prove I am a citizen of the United States and able to work as a citizen in fl so yes I work for you guys for a whole month believing that I was going to be respected enough as a employee to be granted my pay for the month and within this dispute within the managers of Kiki's I have yet to get a good understanding of why I'm not paid for that month of June and why everybody's walking around like they don't care I'm only human just like every employee that get up every morning to come and do their job to do me this way is unfair not right and no excuse to anyone that come up with one on why I'm being treated this way isn't employee or ex employee

They asked me to hurry up and quit my other job cuz they needed somebody now then when I showed up I asked for Sundays off because I go to church they told me it was mandatory to work on weekends I said okay that's fine and then they told me that this was not going to work out and asked me to leave.

I'm homeless now living on Street with nothing to live for or give any one thanks Kee kees like thanks I have family kid an purple I let down because of of this reaction do to the comany live for their workers

Im a very patient person and dont really care about wait time but when Im just dining in for one person and sitting outside in the heat and realize everyone who came in after me is seated and magically they have a seat after I told them to cancel my wait time after told the estimated time was 15 minute and been outside for an hour yea was pissed as ***

We were seated and waited and waited for our server. Others seated after us were being waited on before us.

Our server, eventually, appeared and took our drink order. We waited and waited again.

Eventually, our server came with our drinks and took our food order.

We waited again as everyone one else received their food and left before us. Our food, finally, arrived. I had to ask another server for coffee and syrup for my waffle.

It is amazing how our server found us so fast to give us our check. We asked if KeKes had a military discount. We were told yes.

Our server walked away never to return to our table. We left our money on the table and walked out.

We will not return!

The manager was very rude , very short with my problem and had no patience . And had a attitude with me and my guest while trying to explain our situation.

I was treated very rude and racially profiled at the kekes in Land O Lakes. While I was waiting for a to go order the manager Marybeth hair again rudely asked us to move after another couple did not wanna standing near where they were eating

The SR manger was off, so the floor manager was there it that is never a good thing he follows everyone around to the point he almost would be tripped over ... In some situations, he would call or talk to brown people...

He was waiting for a person to fall for two seconds, so he could be there in the worst nightmare. The rest of the shift, as he went around and talked about them to other employees.

I've been a waitress all my life I'm an older one, and I have never in my life been asked if I was on drugs and not been taking to go so if that story was true ...after. That then proceeded to talk to other employees about you

Last three visit been discussing because the high end cleaningnes of the plates and silverware is a shame in time of covid-19 killing thousands of people you're going to pay for food serve in a dirty plate and in the top of that the silverware is extremely dirty too I don't think so I'm never going back to your place and never invite my clients again parties of 25 and 30 people at a time I don't think so family minimum 3 times a week never going to happen your company will never put the health of my family in jeopardy. Never. I will contact sanitation department and social media enough is enough I got video and record the managers talking about it.

Went to eat for my nieces birthday we were a party of 6. The food wasn't good nor the service.

Food came out cold especially the potatoes. I think they scooped the potatoes right from a cold pan. Ordered the combo w 2 pancakes and only got 1 which we had 3 of these combo's. My sister had pineapple in her eggs?

Who eats that? Server was not friendly or inviting at all. She was very short and rude in my opinion.

Definitely will be my last trip to this location. Sad bc we send guest there as we eat there ourselves.

I was fired for being late one time after my new hire I was under the impression that there had to be three written write ups. That I guess does not apply to me.

The day before Thanksgiving and then I did not receive my check today either. Putting my family in a spot that we were unable to have Thanksgiving. I feel if special rules only apply to CERTAIN people then I shouldv'e had a written agreement because I feel it was personal. Protocol seems to be followed depending on the personal feelings toward the employee.

I fell and ask several times for an incident report without it being done. My work speaks for itself and I deserve the same treatment as others and if that's not going to happen there needs to be a written addendum in my file stating so one would think.

And today NO PAYCHECK, NO EXPLANATION, NO COMMON COURTESY, and certainly not a time when we can expect them.

Still havent heard from anyone. Been two weeks now.

Very poor response time to bad experiences.

I was employed at the Daniels Parkway location in Fort Myers Florida. I left because the workload was unbearable for any season restaurant tour I have worked for chefs like Wolfgang Puck as well as slinging hash and breakfast restaurants and I have never come across the dirtiness unsanitaryWaze that your company has treated employees do you want us to wait tables do deep cleaning due to go orders run food bus tables all for 535 an hour..I dropped off my shirts slides card and apron to Scott the general manager but of course he didn’t have time to talk to me about this whole situation so really all I’m looking for is my last paycheck thank you

My daughter and I had visitors from out of town, we took them to have breakfast at KeKe's Breakfast Cafe the experienced was not good, I ordered a waffle,bacon,and scrambled egg my waffle was cold i sent it back three times with the waitress who agreed that it was by touching it i told her to forget it that i know longer wanted the waffle at the third time the manger brought the waffle out i told her i did not want it. she (manger) told me that because they made it three times that i would still be charged for it even though i didn't it eat it everyones for was lukewarm the manger was very unprofessional she argued with us how long it took our food to come out we waited for at least 45 minutes she argued that only took 21 minutes not true I have been to KeKe's many times for breakfast and have never had a issue until this morning i was totally embarrassed not only in front of my company but the other customers also.
