My daughter consumed a molded strawberry which made her sick with vomiting and diarrhea symptoms.
Me and my daughter went in to Kiki's breakfast Cafe for breakfast and my daughter ordered a strawberry waffle which contained real strawberries on top of it and she was eating the strawberry toppings she bit into and swallowed a old molded strawberry we notified the server and we notified the manager and the manager came to our table and said we're sorry for your inconvenience and thank you and have a good day now my daughter suffers from diarrhea and vomiting symptoms from eating this bad strawberry and nothing was done to help resolve the issue please help me with this matter thank you. Please check all your fruit before consumption.

Poor Service
July 21st 2023. Approx 1125am
Location - Riverview Florida
My friend & I visited location and was sat at booth towards rear of store.
We asked waitress if we could move to next section due to booth to tight for us and other section had half chairs and half booth. We were told closed but would ask if ok. Another waitress told us ok. We sat
Close to 15 minutes no service original waitress serviced booth two from us 3 times and when someone else was placed at original booth same waitress waited right away.
Totally disregarding us. The Hostess passed us twice and not even asked if we were waited on. We did stop 1 waitress and asked when someone would service us but it was
Not her station.
Finally we left our table and told same Hostess we were never serviced and leaving she said have a nice day. I have eaten at Brandon location and never witnessed this kind of service.

I would like a full refund and I will also like compensation for my daughter becoming ill from eating a bad molded strawberry and all the thing we were offered was an apology and I think that there's something more should be done about it because now my child is sick from consuming a bad strawberry from this company other than that the experience was pretty good thank you and please help me in this matter.
