Manager needs to be investigated for improper actions get rid of manager indicent exposure verbal abuse swearing around his employees unfair treatment in the work place favoritism bad management skills unprofessional with guest and his employee would like officially report him to corporate

I used to work there for a short time, but had some medical issues. And now I'm getting trying to get disability.

And I'm trying to get in touch with corporate. But nobody's answering my phone calls. Or getting back with me so if anybody reads this message, could you please contact Stacy? Tanko 863812**** I really would appreciate it.

I took my wife there for breakfast and there a big window when we approached I noticed that everyone was sick and they had been using there clothes to wipe there noses . And then after they would walk everyone food to there table .

Now after a couple days of being nice I most definitely got sick from this breakfast place . I recommend ihop next time

On 10/23/24 My fiancee and I went to Ke Ke's restaurant located at 3456 Clark Rd. I had just completed a surgical procedure at SMH and decided to have breakfast at Ke Ke's.The waiter "Alex" had taken our oder and brought us coffee.

My Fiancee and I had a nice breakfast sitting side by side instead of across the table from one another because she knew I just had surgery less than an hour earlier. When we were finished "Alex" brought the bill and we paid it. I left the table to go to the rest room because I was experiencing significant bleeding and discomfort due the surgery. This is when the waiter "Alex" seized his opportunity to approach my fiancee.

keep in mind all business had been concluded. He proceeded to hit on my Fiancee even though she told him she was engaged and was wearing her ring in fact we both had our rings on and had been sitting side by side. While I was away he asked her personal questions specifically regarding where she lived and if she needed a job ? She told me it was only a few seconds before I returned to the table that Alex saw me out of the corner of his eye and disengaged from the conversation.

I could see on my Fiancee's face that something was wrong. When we walked outside and got in our car she told me that the waiter was hitting on her while I was in the rest room tending to my injury. She was very upset to say the least. I got out of my car and immediately walked back towards the restaurant.

As I approached the entrance I could see Alex standing at the front greeting area. He clearly saw me walking quickly towards the door and immediately bee lined for the kitchen in the back of there resturaunt. By the time I entered he was gone. I noticed two men and a woman who appeared to be management were seated at a booth, so I asked to speak with them.

I told them that I was Law Enforcement and that waiter / employee was hitting on my Fiancee while I was in the rest room. The woman seemed to know exactly which waiter he was from my very simple description indicating she wasn't surprised by her tone. I have to say that I felt and still feel totally disrespected by Alex's inappropriate and blatantly disrespectful unprofessional cowardly disgusting behavior. I realized that we had gone to the resturaunt to try and relax after I had surgery that morning only to end up paying for some unethical coward who obviously thinks extraordinarily highly of himself to hit on my Fiancee behind my back.

Despite any BS excuse he might make it was obviously very clear that he waited for opportunity to hit on her when I was away from the table. He didnt say much while I was sitting there but had plenty to say to her when I wasnt. I think that we deserve an apology and our money back based Alex's actions. What was supposed to have been a pleasant experience that Alex made very disturbing and down right despicable.

I told the managers he should be fired.

there is no way I would permit an employee such as him represent my business.

We will never return to your resturaunt and I can not in good conscience recommend anyone I know to spend their hard earned money at this Ke Ke's establishment located at 3456 Clark Rd. Sarasota.

Today Oct20 2024 I dined in location Boynton Beach FL I ordered western omelette breakfast as I started to enjoy the food presentation and began to eat several bites into the omelette I tasted crunches so I spit out the food only to find pieces of egg shells throughout my mouth and the omelette on the plate I asked for manager and she offered to discount my meal not redo it and it would be on the house was concerning so I had to sit there without food while my other guest ate very disappointing and to be more disappointed the manager only discounted my entree not complimented it entirely

The manager is very disrespectful to the customers and employees. I have witnessed numerous times when the manager would make her employees cry and I have witnessed the manager be very disrespectful to alot of customers so they would walk out.

I have witnessed the manager lock the door and tell people to go somewhere else and eat and it would be about 11:00 am. We will NEVER eat their again.

Every time I order from this place, my food is never right. They are very rude, they hang up, and they always say a manager isn't available or they act very poorly on the phone.

I'm calling the news to report this.

I'm tired of dealing with rude people and spending my money without receiving my stuff. No one ever picks up the phone at these customer service centers either, so I called the news.

The employee went outside to play with a big dog and returned with hair on her. My wife asked her if she would ensure that she washed her hands.

She returned within 5 minutes with my food. The manager walked up and we voiced our concerns. He took the food she brought and said he would redo it and told the employee to see him later.

Both left. The food was terrible, but we paid anyway.

Sandwich was not eatable. I will never return.

First and last time.

Order was called in. Had to wait 30 minutes to get the cold food which I trashed it.

My 18-year-old daughter was assaulted by a worker (male 30+) and the management team did nothing about it except sweep it under the rug. They never spoke to her, the guy still works there, and they have blown me off on several occasions.

Dont really know what else to say, my complaint is simple, add grits and gluten free options. Thats all I dont have enough to say to equal 100 symbols, I guess I could complain about that requirement

The food was ok, the service was great, the atmosphere was the worst. I witnessed the 2 African American servers this place has, get fired today.

One right after the next. The disrespect and entitlement that the Caucasian woman had was appalling. I have never had a bad experience with either server, seeing as we are always seated at either woman's table. (Don't think that the colorism is going unnoticed).

I am going to try and reach out to both women and encourage them both to get attorneys. My bill was $80.01 today.

I will never return again! AFRICAN AMERICANS PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
